Once a year Social Justice Tribunals Ontario (SJTO) provides results to the public that measure how well we are meeting our service standards. The results are published after the end of each financial year. The financial year for SJTO is a 12-month period that starts on April 1st of each year and runs until March 31st of the following year.
This report shares our results for the period from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014. During this period we have been able to improve our performance from last year's results, especially in the area of scheduling.
SJTO is dedicated to meeting all of our service standards. We will continue to review and assess our performance to find ways to achieve that goal.
